Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel is open effective Friday, August 28, 2020 at 10 a.m. Guests who wish the cancel hotel reservations may do so by calling 1-800-294-4386 with no cancelation charges for Friday, August 28, 2020, and Saturday, August 29, 2020. Due to the impending effects on Acadiana from Hurricane Laura, Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel will temporarily suspend all operations beginning Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 2 a.m. until Friday, August 28, 2020, at 10 a.m.

We encourage residents to finish preparations as soon as possible and stay aware of weather notifications on potential impact.

Team members of Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel should check with their immediate supervisor for additional schedule changes due to the storm.

Additionally, we will observe the following postponement and cancellation of the previously scheduled promotions below:
